How long does it take to receive an order?
Your order is processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Average delivery times are then 5 to 21 business days depending on your location in Canada.

What if no one is home at the time of delivery?
No worries! If your package is small enough, it will be left in your mailbox. Otherwise, a delivery notice will be left and your package will be held at your local post office for pickup.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Contact us immediately at shopnayzy@gmail.com and we will do our best to update your information. Please note that once an order has been shipped from our warehouse, no changes can be made to the delivery address.
Is your website secure?
Absolutely. Our website runs entirely on HTTPS, meaning every page is encrypted and protected. For payments, we use Shopify's secure checkout, which is fully PCI-DSS compliant. Your credit card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as other payment methods available at checkout. We do not accept cheques, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
Your satisfaction is our priority! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the item price.
